Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms govern use of the AdActa service (the “Service”). AdActa is the trade name used for the offering provided by the entity identified below.

The provider and contracting party is DONE CHECKED Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (00-837) at ul. Pańska 96/83, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001078605, NIP 5273091211, REGON 527315017. General contact: contact@adacta.digital.

The Provider reserves the right to amend the price list on a monthly basis.

These Terms apply in the version published in the Service. We may notify you of material changes via the product or electronically, as required by applicable law.

2. Definitions

• Service — SaaS software provided by the Provider under the AdActa name for working with documents and legal workflows, including features powered by large language models (AI).
• User — a natural person or entity using the Service on the basis of an account or another permitted means.
• Account — an individual user account in the Service, linked to an email address and sign-in mechanisms.
• Provider — DONE CHECKED Sp. z o.o. — the entity identified above.

3. Rules of use

The User shall in particular:

• comply with law, third-party rights, and good practice;
• not share credentials with unauthorised persons and secure devices used to access the Service;
• not use the Service in a way that harms others or compromises systems.

AI outputs are assistive and may be wrong. You remain responsible for substantive review, legal compliance, and professional standards (including towards courts and clients). The Provider does not provide legal advice.

4. Liability and limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable in particular for:

• downtime or limitations due to technical reasons, maintenance, suppliers, or force majeure;
• indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions taken solely on AI-generated content without your verification;
• content you upload (including documents and client data) — you process it as controller towards your own clients; you are responsible for its lawfulness and scope in the Service.

5. Governing law and disputes

Polish law applies. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Poland unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
